The concept behind his blossoming clothing business is relatively simple. In addition to the unique graphics designed and screened by local artists, the coup here is Sameunderneath’s use of bamboo as the foundation for its clothing line. While most of us on this side of the Pacific think of bamboo for flooring, bamboo fibers are showing up in everything from towels to boxers.
